Liz Flynn founded this website in 2018. She is a mum of four and a freelance writer (Liz Flynn Freelance Writing Services). She has been writing professionally for more than a decade, and one of her favourite topics is food- hence creating The Fruity Tart.
Our aim is to provide our readers with informative, educational, and interesting content around the subject of food. So, it is a great site for foodies.

In October 2022, we finally launched our fourth website, Liz Loves Lancashire. It is all about the things to do, places to stay, and where to eat in the English county of Lancashire. It is Liz Flynn’s home county, so she has a lifetime of experience in the area.
