Smoked mackerel is an oily fish that has undergone the smoking process to give it its distinctive flavour. The texture is perfect for making a delicious pate to serve as a starter or a tasty lunch. Adding lemon enhances the flavour of this pate.
One of the best things about this easy seafood recipe for smoked mackerel pate is that it is a no-cook recipe, so there is no cooking involved.
